We decided on disposables last year.

Disposable AGFA 400 speed flash cameras cost $4.75 per camera - the
camera costs about the same as the film -and the quality is decent.
(disposable-cameras.com shipped for free)

**HOWEVER**

Where can you get 96 disposable cameras developed for a good price with
proper brightness correction so the pictures don't come out crummy?
I've seen big differences between development places.

Cost of develpment is so high! Is there a place to get CHEAP digital
cameras for our class next year?

I saw one on a TV computer show that was selling for less than $100. I don't
remember the brand or what model I think it might have been a Kodak or
something like that. I wish I could remember more.

kbkids.com sells digital slam cams for $13 which hold i think 6 digital
pictures at a time though the quality is at that price range as well :)
though it may be okay depending on your needs

You won't find 96 digitals with decent quality anywhere for less than
five figures, in my opinion. The really cheap digitals are CMOS, and
can produce images that are more like abstract art than photographs (the
Jamcam Jr., anyway).
