3 Surreal Photos

I agree that the shapes, especially in the bottom two photos, are very
surreal. I think that with less direct lighting and more shadows, they would
be even more so. Maybe even a black and white conversion and some thoughtful
dodging and burning would open up even more ideas.

surrealism 1

All kidding aside: Yes, I would agree... somewhat. They have slightly
surrealistic qualities.

I think its very interesting how context changes the feel of pictures. With
out the statue I feel
the other pictures lose some of their significance.
some post prosessing would probably create
this feeling.Very cool place in the woods.

You're right about pic one. It has potential but I don't think you
"captured" the moment.

That's part of the problem with pics 2 and 3. It looks like you used a
flash. Either natural light or a much weaker fill flash would have
changed the whole look.
