and then using the pictures as a base to do some painting on top. The
program I've been playing with is "Instant Photo Artist." I then print
them out on my HP 970cxi printer using special inkjet watercolor paper.
Gives a very nice effect and really does look like a watercolor.

BTW, I purchased Instant Photo Artist from my local CompUSA in northern
CA. It was about $30 give or take.
