C41RA bleach one-shot

For the small amount of film I now process, I've switched from C41
to the C41RA process. The RA process uses faster bleach and fixer
solutions, for a total process time of about 8 minutes.
I am using the solutions one-shot in a Jobo. The "RA" bleach is

I think the stakeholders in Kodak's reorganization should understand a couple things real clearly
1) the dominant consumer imaging workflow is now digital cameras in cell phones and ipad like devices for both capture, display, and distribution via sharing mechanisms like facebook

Hi All,
I have a Beirette Junior 2 camera 1960's Vintage which I would like to run a black & white film through.
However there is a small lever on the back, top right hand side with "T at one end and R at the other"
Can anyone tell me what this lever is for?

Just got one of these where I work! Would appreciate any hints or docs for use of this thing. (it is an LED model BTW). Going to use it with B&W paper mostly.... any hints to make that easier?
