Not too much help about where to get in UK, but there is a cat (assume you mean)
flap that will only allow certain cats entry.  Problem is cats have to wear a
collar with a small transmitter that allows the flap to operate when that cat
approaches and I don't think cats wearing collars is a good idea unless it is a
break-away collar.  Best of luck!
