Looking for PWD breeders or Irish Water Spaniels??

Does anybody know of any PWD breeders in Western Canada? Also I am
interested in any curly-coated retrievers. I have met a pup and I
believe it was an Irish Water Spaniel. Does anybody know of this kind of
breed or can suggest others?
