Been away for awhile helping pet owners. I'm back
with some great news for all dog trainers as well as those
that are interested in dogs, behavior and training.
It is a Conference that is being held by an organization

THE CONFERENCE FOR CANINE PROFESSIONALS
The International Association of Canine Professionals Conference at the
Triple Crown Academy in Taylor near Austin Texas on the 6th to the 8th April
2001 is destined to be conference anyone in the dog world should not miss.
Leading professionals in their field will be presenting on topics that will
not only be new but invaluable to those working within the dog world.
Executive Director Martin Deeley explained, "We want to help dog

Mary Owen (Ireland) - considered within the industry as one of the best
trainers of dogs and other animals for films and television (recently
trained all the animals for the new release 'Animal Farm') she also has the
well earned reputation as one of Europes leading trainers of show, obedience
and working trial dogs.
Brian Kilcommons - Brian jointly conceived of and is the chief evangelist
for the GreatPets.com mission, he build the most trusted and comprehensive
pet training and behavior resource. With more than 30 years as an author,
media personality, spokesman and educator, Brian is widely recognized as
Americas most loved pet trainer. Brian won wide acclaim as the host of Fox's
hit television series Pet News, and has been seen and heard on several other
national television and radio programs, including Today, Good Morning
America, PBS, 20/20 and NPR. Brian is a past Director of Training at the
ASPCA and the City of New York Center for Animal Care and Control, and is
currently part time faculty at Tufts University School of Veterinary

't happened. The Captain is a legend in his own time, dogs have been his

Dick Russell - vast experience, practical down to earth, plain speaking, new
ideas, common sense - these are all words that have been used to describe
Dick Russell. Dick tells it as it is. He gets his clients going away saying
'Wow!" and he explains how he achieves this.
Patti Strand - Patti of the National Animal Interest Alliance brings common
sense and understanding to Animal Welfare. She understands the importance of
the Animal/Human bond. Stimulating and thought provoking Patti puts it all
in a way that makes sense and provides the words that will help us explain
not only our love of animals but also counter the animal rights arguments
that create restrictions on our relationships with our dogs

Dr. Linda Arndt - Linda has been involved in breeding Great Danes for 27
years, having produced champions in both conformation and obedience. She is
the author of "Watchword" a column published in Dane World and The Great
Dane Reporter as well as articles in other breed magazines (Mastiff, Kuvaz,
Komondor, Irish Setter, Bull Mastiff, Irish Wolfhound)

Suzanne Everett - Susanne Everett is the founder and CEO of Beowulf Natural
