I lost my dog he was 15 years old..I went to the pound and got a terrier
mix..they said he was 2 years old and I could pick him up a day after he
was nuetered..brought him home he kept licking his incisions so brought
him back they gave me a E-Collar and told me to leave it on for 10 day's
.he is such a good boy..I know they feed the dog's dry dog food but
this little guy would not eat the dry so I bought some wet food he will
eat that but does not want to drink water. I am beside myself I have
becomed attach to this dog.
What can I do?

I think you are referring to him not drinking. That might be due to
the e-collar. I had that happen before with a dog. I used to take the
collar off for a few minutes, while watching him, and he would usually
drink then. I would put the collar back on when he was done.
