Pigeon Found Bethlehem CT

A pigeon with a blue band on this right leg and a yellow ID band on it's
left leg has been camping in our front driveway for the last half week.
It will not let me come too close so I can not read the numbers on it's
ID band. Today a 2nd pigeon had joined it. Does anyone have any idea
what I should do?
