Subject: Hard Rock Theme Park
I don't see a lot of action in this news group, but until the Hard
Rock Park gets it's own Goup I think this is ok.

The park opens in Myrtle Beach on May 9th.  I've been to the Preview
Center a couple of times, had some business trips and it was along the
way.

I'm looking forward to the opening, going to get an annual pass, $150.
Comes with free parking and it's the same cost as 3 visits ($50 one
day passes)

Led Zepplin: The Ride looks great, not a world record holder to be
sure, but plenty of inversions.

Anyone else out there watching this group have any intrest in the Hard
Rock?

Charles

***   Perhaps you might generate some interest by posting a complete trip
report. That may open up some discussion on the park.

I'll accept your challenge, and Will write a trip report when I go,  I
don't have plans before June 9, so perhaps someone else will get to it
before me.

By the way, I notice you are from Canada eh?  What's the biggest park
in Canada?  Last time I was there the biggest thing I could find was a
cement luge somewhere outside of Toronto, of course that was like 30
years ago.

***   Do you remember where that was? Those concrete layouts are generally
referred to as "Alpine" runs.
