Wild, ignorant speculation is indeed rampant. As is usual here, Owen
as pet theories abound.
Meanwhile, some facts are surfacing as to the bomb forensics which may
be a clue to where these bombs "possibly" came from. I don't see
anything that "nails" it down yet but nails and ball bearings are
possible clues.
