Q: In the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary, why should we
believe figures published by this administration?

Not to mention that stock market price inflation parallels gas price
inflation.

Overall, anyone who actually believe that "things are getting better"
under the leadership(?) of the Occupier would be willing to believe the
moon is made of moldy green cheese.

Being a conservative, I don't believe that - it's neither moldy nor
green. Blue, maybe - but still not moldy.

Theory don't mean squat if it don't work.

Chris Mathews must have gotten a "tingle up my leg" when he saw the
numbers.

Am I the only one that smells something cooking....like "books
stew?" (No I'm not) I have been wondering when they would stoop this
low.

Welch said in part:
“You don’t think it’s coincidental that we’ve got the biggest surge
since 1983 in the jobs surge? Come on, Chris,” Welch said, refusing to
back down. “It’s a six percent improvement in employment in two months…
The numbers don’t jibe.”

He continued: “These numbers defy logic. They defy logic. We do not
have a 4 to 5 percent booming economy with 873,000 people added. I
mean, stop it, Chris. On the face of it, we don’t have this GDP. I
love you, but you can’t get there.”

All this skepticism coming from someone who firmly believes man has
been on earth for less than seven thousand years, yeah, right?

I think politics are in the same group as religion. You, nor I, can change anybody elses opinion. You will believe what you want to believe. However, if I was to go back and search RORT and see what sources you and other people used to prove unemployment "facts" 5 or so years ago, you wouldn't believe them today using the same sources. Would you wonder why that is?

Meanwhile....lousy Job Growth continues, on January 1 the Tax Man

Anemic Job Growth Continues

Congress has gone home until after the election. When it returns to
Washington, the end of 2012 will be staring us in the face. In just a
few short months, the largest tax increase in history will hit
America. It sounds like hyperbole, and we only wish that were the
case. It’s been dubbed Taxmageddon, because for millions of workers it
will be an end-of-working pink slip scenario. But on January 1, a
nearly $500 billion tax increase will slam the economy.
