Grilling goes with camping like... well, you know.

Recently while looking for a flipper for the grill I came across this:

http://www.grillgrate.com/ I got the "starter kit" through Amazon, and
after a brief learning curve, my results have improved significantly.

Cooks faster & more evenly on my gas grill. Watch some of the videos.

I just got one of these:

Going to see how it does with my Papa Murphy's pizza tonight and baby back
ribs and salmon tomorrow...

Sheesh. How big is that thing...?

I guess you're aiming to be the 800lb griller in the room... how many
hamsters could you roast at one time?

Hey! I'm well below 800 lbs though that may change with the addition of the
new smoker.

What ever happened to just throwing a "screen" on the fire and the food on it?

Or.....what I use (not EXACTLY...but close):

http://www.amazon.com/Charcoal-Companion-Non-Stick-Grilling-Rosewood/dp/B000I1USBC/ref=pd_sim_lg_14

No fuss, no muss, no stick, quick fire, rub it in the hot ashes to clean it, etc.

oz, constantly striving to simplify.....

The only thing I can figure, it does not get as hot, therefore less
sticking. Also can't figure what it's made from.
