IIRC, toward the end of his sojourn at RORT, even his cohorts were
remarking that he was coming out of left-field half the time. He spent
more time trying to twist himself out of embarrassing posts than he did
attempting to be helpful. The man was so intent on shooting his cutsey
little barbs at people that he was becoming incapable of reading for
context.

For all the things Will was -------- he was NOT stupid. He was a
pretty sharp individual with a lot of good experience. For a long
time he provided some good information -------------. He really did.
Yea, he had some faults but he did provide good advice when advice was
requested.

Linus, ol Stan has bitched about Florida not allowing him to park
everywhere for free but I don't think he "hates" Florida ----- after
all he keeps returning.
And another thing. He is paying good money if he is staying in
Florida State Parks. Those places aren't free or any where near free.
Although, in the winter they are usually cheaper than the privately
owned campgrounds.
I do not know what Canadians have to pay in National Parks. I seem to
remember that Stan like the extreme southern part of the state ----
Everglades area ------ there are a lot of camping opportunities in the
NP system down there and they are pretty cheap.
I do seem to remember that he did not like the Wal Marts not letting
him stay for free and he was bitching about the price of campgrounds.
If he would visit that area during the summer no one would say
anything if he overnighted in the Wal Mart ------ there ain't no one

During WWII, American GIs had a term for the Germans (mostly the German
soldiers), "Bosch". As related to me by friends and relatives, the term was
used alternatively with "Blockhead" and "Squarehead". It referred to the
notion, held by the GIs, that Germans were stubborn, set in their ways,
difficult to comprehend, and just plain dumb. We know of course that the

Germans have contributed to the world, never mind that many of those

Whenever folks (other than Germans) find themselves at odds with someone
they know to be of German ancestry their thoughts go to the notion of
"Bosch".
For many years after WWII Germans carried a certain amount of guilt because

(or another German) their thoughts go to "Nazi".
Never mind that not all Germans are "Nazis".
Since the discovery that Muslims carried out the 9/11 terrorist attack and

among some people, a belief that all Muslims are terrorists.
In my previous post I was suggesting that you were one of those "people" who

They are places of historical importance to patriotic Americans.
Personally, I think the majority of the French are embarrassed that
their government caved in to the Germans so easily, that they became

Their people were too important to risk defending their own country when
the Germans attacked in 1940. Although their Army was larger than
Germany's they surrendered in 6 weeks and started producing was
materials for the Germans.

Germans and fought against us in several locations.

Amazingly, the two species actually overlapped in Europe for a few
thousand years. So did they interbreed? While scientists allow that
there were probably plenty of random matings and hookups, any long-term
interbreeding is unlikely. And while there are many reasons for this,
the simplest are that a) they were probably physically repulsive to each
other, and b) they couldn’t meaningfully communicate. And also c) beer
wasn’t invented yet.
