Capital punishment

When a little child comes late to its class, it is invariably punished
and that in the presence of its friends and companions. often the
teacher is not interested in hearing the reasons genuine or not, they
matter very little. What matter is the late coming and that must be
punished. The punishment invokes fear in the boy.he may become
cautions and avoid it forever or that is what the expectation is, that
the punishment should act as a deterrent to crime.

It is JUSTICE that is required when a person willfully plans and
murders another ; it is the heinous crime which indicates a complete
lack of concern for a humans life. It should be met with the loosing
of the Perpertrators life --- no more and no less than what the Perp.
dished out. That is called fairness , and if our Nation would make it
stick instead of getting spineless it would act as a deterrent . Its
when its NOT enforced that a Nation gets worse . JUSTICE is not a bad
thing. It is needed for a civil society. Lay down the rules for
EVERYONE to obey and expect all to obey them.
