Fishing calm salt water

Over the years we came to Florida and went out on Party boats and
chartered boats to have a lot of fun fishing.
About ten years ago we discovered we couldn't tolerate rough water any
more. We both got sick as dogs the last two times out.
We still love fishing though.
Are there places off Florida where the seas are calm and fishing good?
