Electronics such as GPS, LORAN, FISHFINDERS, etc. ? ?

Afraid not. GPS is discussed in `sci.geo.satellite-nav' with LORAN thrown
in once in a while, though not satellite based. Fishfinders do get discussed
here in *.fishing.* Other than that I don't think there is a particular
group for marine electronics.
