Sensible reaction to the Joseph Dunphy incident

As reaction to this incident I am filing an complaint with this
malcreants internet provider. The aim is to get his net access
removed. This will at least cost him the loss of his toy for a
while and possible the money for access time he has prepaid.
For this to be effective the provider has to recieve as many emails as
possible complaining about the same incident. And so showing that the
behaviour in question is condemed.
Below I have included the message I sent them, feel free to send them
a copy with whatever changes you want to make.

the user "st...@typhoon.xnet.com (Joseph Dunphy)" has spammed our
newsgroup with information completely off charter.
Appart from blaming an organisation of ca 30000 members for the
claimed (and not proven) behaviour of _one_ person who may be a
member of it (or may not) for what that person did (or did not)
being bad form, it is clearly inacceptable to post in such way
on Usenet.

This whole thread is from a troll. I've been on Dejanews tonight looking for
lost postings and found the original post from Joseph Dunphy. I did an "Author
Profile" and found that he regularly posts and cross-posts to perhaps 75 - 100
newsgroups (with interesting titles), mostly in 3 to 9 page rants.
Do yourselves a favor and don't grace this person with any further responses.
FYI . . . In various posts he has described himself as a pagan, Jew or
Christian.
this seems to be a regular missbehaviour of said user.
Also his "Reply-To:" and "Summary:" Fields show his attitude.
As this also reflects on you as provider would you please take the
neccessary steps to ensure that this user loses his access to Usenet.
