This recording didn't help my tone deafness at all..... Uni would be
having stereo fits over this one, fer sure. lol

You really think you're tone deaf, Tim? I used to think
one of my favorite drummers was tone deaf, but
years later I heard him sing very well. I know one
guy who can do just about anything, but he doesn't
have a clue as to playing an instrument. Specifically,
bass guitar.

I sent this video to my 81 year old father, who said the
same thing as you. I was trying to impress him with
Clapton. He didn't even comment. I still would rather
hear a great song than listen to someone who plays
the guitar well. It's the song that counts. I just got
curious with Clapton after all the things that have
been said about him.

I bet your dad would like his later stuff better, like 'Let It Grow'.
Clapton was never the same once he cleaned up.
