I'm guessing that it stands for whatever little hick town he lived in
in the Pinelands.

It's a name that Charles Rogan bestowed on my playlists in the past.
He never explained it, but I've always assumed it meant "HELL."
Especially as he'd christened it during one of his Jayepmorgansucks
moods.

Here's a photo from my hometown looking pretty much like it did back
in the day. The WaWa used to be an ESSO station, but otherwise it's
the same. The population's gone up significantly since I lived
there. It was under 1,000 when I was growing up. The 2000 census not
puts it at close to 10K. I drove through on my way to the shore last
summer, and while my old street hasn't changed much, a lot of the
farmland around the edges has been taken over by McMansions.

Based on the songs you listed Charles has named the station well. It
would certainly be worse than HELL to have to hear all of that
schlock.
