I have always considered the Nancy Wilson version to be definitive - but I
also enjoy the Orioles and Bette Midler versions. Not quite as good are the
Charles Spivak, Diana Krall, Lena Horn, Lee Anne Womack, and Ramsey Lewis
versions I have. Any other suggestions?

I've got the Nancy Wilson and Lena Horn versions as well.
I prefer Lena's version (slower and more emotional), but both are
still knockouts. If I had to pick a definitive version, I'd go with
Setzer's ... but it's really a tough choice btw the three.
