Here are the results of voting in the Semi Finals Round of the 1950
Singles Battle. 22 people voted

Congratulations go to Hank Snow and Nat "King" Cole who both overcome
Hank Williams classics (with some ease it has to be noted) to ensure
that they face each other in the Grand Final.

And further ensure that either another country record will be elevated
to keep "Jambalaya" company as a Grand Final winner in these Singles
Battles.

Or that a pop record wins one of these Battles for the very first
time.

The Grand Final matchup also means that for the first time at this
stage of the contest a solo artist---Hank Williams---will face HIMSELF
in the consolation round for third placed record.

And lastly---and definitely leastly----it also means that we get the
spectacle of a bald Bruce for a little while after he gets done
pulling all that hair out...........:)
