Houston Public Library has the piano score, but you'll need to try
Inter-Library Loan for the photocopy unless we have a Houston reader
willing to help. 'Fraid it's a 10-hour drive for me.
Print out the information below, and take it to your local library,
assuming you're in the U.S. (If you're not, let me know.) The entry
comes from WorldCat, the OCLC database many libraries use to request
material through ILL. Most reference librarians should be able to
place an online order.
If you're interested in a 1943 arrangement for two pianos (arr.
Jacques Fray), you can find it at Eastern Washington University. The
OCLC accession number is 37548065--easiest way for a librarian to
locate the database entry. Also, if you happen to play flute and have
two friends who do, Murray State Univ. in KY has a flute trio
arrangement (OCLC #10455147).
Hope this helps.
