ReR Megacorp - problems ?

Has anyone ever had any problems ordering stuff from ReR Megacorp in the UK
?

I placed an order for 5 items a couple of months ago. Paid with PayPal .
After a week or so I got two of the items delivered but with no paperwork/
no invoice / no indication that the order had been part-shipped or that
other items were to follow.
I then sent them a message via their website asking what was going on. I've
had no reply.
I still haven't received the other three items..
Even if the postal strikes were to blame, I'd have expected a reply to my
message.
So.. I'm left wondering ....is the company going out of business , in some
sort of general chaos or what ....

Anyone else having problems ?

Also, does anyone know an email address for ReR Megacorp? - I can't find one
on their website...
