Orchestra and Simon Jeffes. The last one I got was Union Cafe dated
1993. Are they touring somewhere? Thanks for any info.

simon jeffes was a major component in a new real world album called arcane
- they even do some PCO covers (i understand, havent got a copy yet)

The PCO, are hoping to play in Canada from 1-6 August at the Toronto
Harbour Front.
The only sheet music available is "Music for a Found Harmonium" and
is available at £4+vat+postage from Zopf records.
We are anticipating the release of our new 'live' album in May in
the USA and it is called "Penguin Cafe Orchestra - Concert
Programme" and will be released by Windham Hill. We are hoping to
tour the USA in September or early autumn.
There is no new group of the PCO although Simon had/has a quintet
which is acoustic called the PCO Quintet! All the musicians are
involved in the their own groups and come together at the Penguin
Cafe.

Seems a suitable place, so I'll toss in my own question:
Is there a web page, or a FAQ, or at the very least a discography for
Penguin Cafe Orchestra?
After seeing "Still Life..." on the Bravo channel about a year ago, I've
been looking high & low for their stuff, and FINALLY just last weekend (and
quite by accident) found a couple of local shops with some PCO CDs. "Still
Life..." was the only time I had seen the name attached to the music, and
that particular one is no longer available on CD, so I picked one at random
("PCO"). It's been running pretty much non-stop since then!
I just about wet myself when I discovered that many of my favorite bits of
"Still Life..." were present, along with a few songs that I've heard and
enjoyed many years ago and had NO IDEA who was responsible for them! What
luck! I feel much better now! ;-)
