I hope Tallguy won't mind me posting part of his personal email here, which I have edited:
A short absence ....will ensue, as [we] are going on holiday to Wales for about 10 days, starting on Sunday.
This holiday will be quite poignant for me, because after we went to the same place last year, I shared a few pictures of castles with Gummy, and he went ape over them. I then started to send him postcards of castles from the various places in the UK that I visited for business and pleasure, then of course this was cut short in the Autumn. I'll raise a glass to him whilst looking out to sea at twilight one evening.

If you can somehow let us know Chris maybe we can do a combined toast to our gummy.

Me too. And every day that I work my second job in Montclair, I spend some time in the place outside where I went after getting off the phone with Red when he told me the news that Gummy was gone. I sat there screaming at the stars that night. Now, almost every day, I'll talk to him there....and smile. Thanks for being in my life, Gummers.

I know you do, Moonie, I know you do. Tallguy hasn't forgotten him either, hence his email. We toast Gummy in many ways. When I bike along the Greenway, crossing through the city along the converted railway line that is now flanked by various gardens of colors cascading down the hills on each side, and listen to the music that Gummy sent me.... I always have a conversation with him.
