It only seems like yesterday when Vic Reeves teamed up with Wonderstuff to
record a cover of "Dizzy". More of the same looms over us with a cover of the
Monkees classic "I'm A Believer". Like Shaggy, this isn't a complete disaster
but I still prefer the original.

9 *HIGHEST NEW ENTRY* : Paul Weller - You Do Something To Me * !!!
The second single to be taken from his "Stanley Road" album, and like
"The Changingman" it becomes the highest new entry. It's a much slower song,
and I've got the strangest feeling that I've heard it somewhere before, as if
it's a cover version. Is it?
8 (14) CLIMBER : Seal - Kiss From A Rose (R)
Re-released due to its appearance in the film "Batman Forever" released in
UK cinemas now.

6 (10) CLIMBER : U2 - Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me *
Going back up the chart due to...yes, you guessed it.
5 (7) CLIMBER : Shaggy featuring Rayvon - In The Summertime
Two years ago, Shaggy hit the No.1 spot with the infectious "Oh Carolina".
After a flop or two inbetween, his first hit in two years is a cover of the
Mungo Jerry classic. Not a complete disaster, but I would prefer the original.

This is an absolute classic and deserves to be heard 10 times in a row...
...at least. I wonder if they'll re-release "Rip It Up" from his days in
Orange Juice in 1983, one of my all-time favourites.
