You are apparently in Canada and any shipping details are totally your responsibility.
I prefer to see as indicated, to a local buyer.

I also feel like it's necessary that you be able to send and receive your e-mail
adequately before I commit to selling. If the amp has to cross the border,
you'll have to sign a release agreeing to be responsible for duty & tarriff and
freeing me from potential future back-billing on these items... this will require
more than a working e-mail address. I would require the use of PayPal and
remind you that the price listed is in US dollars.

I would entertain arranging for a 'Buy It Now' transaction on e-Bay to provide
both of us with extra protection. This would require insurance to cover the
long distance shipping hazards. I have a 206 rating with 100% positive
feedback (228 positive feedbacks) on e-Bay... seller name is (MAMS)
