There was no CD-single issued for the Max Headroom version of
"Paranoimia". It's available on all versions of "The Best Of The Art Of
Noise", which should be readily available on CD for far less than the $30
you're offering.

To which I would add that it also depends on which version you want.
When In Visible Silence was reissued through PolyGram (the original China/
Chrysalis release in the US was distributed by CBS), replacing the
original "Paranoimia" with the Max Headroom/AON version, I believe the
12" mix was used. The 12" mix later showed up on the original CD release
of The Best of The Art of Noise (now out of print), while the 7" mix
appeared on Re-Works of Art of Noise (also out of print).
If I'm not mistaken the reissued edition of The Best of The Art of Noise
(with "Yebo", "Robinson Crusoe", and maybe one other track) contains the
7" versions of all the tracks, including the Max Headroom version of
"Paranoimia".
Both In Visible Silence and The Best of The Art of Noise are, as Lazlo
mentions, readily available, distributed by Off-Beat Records in the US.
