pocket-recorder: recommendations?

Hello, I'm planning to get me one of those nice pocket-recorders for our band.

Yamaha doesn't support Win2K unfortunately, so the 2G or the CX dont suit.

The Zoom H2 is cheap, but in contest with the Olympus LS-10 dull, whereas the Olympus
seems to be week in low frequencies.

The new Zoom H4N is unfortunately expensive :-(

So:
Can anybody give me a recommendation?
