Robert George, a local bluegrass picker who fronted the band Bluegrass
Review for the past 30 some odd years, has passed away.

"I have sad news, friends. My multi-talented and most excellent
friend, Robert George, has passed way; I've been told he had a heart
attack and passed before the EMT's arrived. Robert will be dearly
missed. He played and sang in his band "The Bluegrass Revue", mostly
at Country's BBQ on Mercury Drive in Columbus, GA.... My sincerest
condolences to his wife, Mary and his sons, Jason and John." -Rick
