Colonel, you may have had a twenty in your pocket but the guys in the
foxholes in Nam would have preferred an extra clip.

Nixon was another political opportunist who got elected by saying he
would end the war, got elected and dragged it out another 4+ more
years. His winding down and systematic removal of troops ending the
war in January of ’73 was a political maneuver to get him re-elected.
He, like Johnson before him have blood on their hands.
