Of TuneCore, CD Baby, Reverbnation (or any others), which is best choice for the indie songwriter - recording artist, these days?
In terms of distribution, cost, time, reaching the selling & streaming platforms (itunes, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon, etc).. what are the pluses and minuses?

I use Tunecore, out of habit - price wise, they're supposedly more expensive
I avoid CD Baby because a) I make singles, not albums b) WTF wants to mess
around making CDs, printing labels, providing cases, postage and
packing..... this applies especially to "Amazon on Demand", all that for a
single priced less than a dollar???!!!!
avoid stuff like Rhapsody - firstly, they pay pennies and secondly they *never* take down tracks, which is v. annoying wen you do a new version
"In 2009 a report published in Swedish newspaper Expressen claimed that one
million plays of Lady Gaga's track Poker Face on Spotify had actually earned
the singer just $167 ( 105)."
However, Spotify called the figure out of date, misleading and factually
inaccurate."
