Music is about Love, what's competition about? Certainly not a Love Vibe,
and where there are competitions, there are winners and losers, and the
losers get all bummed out, and that's NOT what Music is about...making
Music IS making Love - but competition is more like making WAR - bad
vibes. Certainly, it's totally understandable that games with rules, like
sports, baseball, hockey, football, basketball, etc. have rules that
usually require the game to end with winners and losers, because that's
how they're set up, and designed to do - but Music is NOT like that at
all, and there are NO rules to writing a song - anything that works is
valid and so is also another characteristic of Music, diversity...so WHY
should that be Distorted into a contest? Music is about winning, not
losing! It's about uniqueness that has no competition, which means that
there's a place for everyone - that way everyone wins!

Music may be about love, but the music BUSINESS is about competition.

That's not so much the music business as it is the music MANIPULATION
business, where Conformity and Uniformity are being PUSHED and as the
merged hybrid supercomputer in the movie "War Games" put it: The Only
Winning move is NOT to Play...at least Not THEIR Game!
