I own an "Eavestaff mini-piano" and want to sell it. I've looked on the web
for ideas, and have only found a few listings, all in the UK. I live in
northwest Washington State in the US.
I'm wondering how much I should ask for it.
My piano is probably from the mid-30's. It's made from solid hardwood,
possibly cherry. Very dark brown in color. It has a small triangular chip
in the front of the left leg, about five inches high and two-and-a-half
inches wide at the bottom. Otherwise, the case is in good condition.
I have the original bench and it's in good condition.
The inside will need to be re-regulated. A few of the keys "sag" and do not
play. We had a tuner tune it for us about 10 years ago and a string broke.
He was able to get it into tune, however. We've since moved it.
Anyone have any idea what this might be worth?
TIA,
Karl Perry
