Dunnett spurs and R-clamp universal hoop clamp

Hello all. Long time. I need gear help and this is always the best place to get it!
Where can I order the Dunnett R class bass drum spurs and the Dunnett R-Clamp Universal Hoop Clamp from the same store? From the list of retailers on the Dunnett site, I've found some that sell some Dunnett stuff but not both of those items. Also, which size spurs do I need for a 16" gretsch fl tom to BD conversion? 12.7 mm or 10.5 mm? I'm thinking 12.7 because that's what it looks like to me. The spurs will go in the existing leg holders (the "new" kind from the 80's). Also need confirmed that the spurs are indeed as the photos seem to show, gnarly on the end that goes into the holder to facilitate a good grip.
