Please help me identify the jazz piece that has this melody (played by piano and sax I think)

> > > >
|: 3 1 3 1 3 1 4 3 2 | 3 1 3 1 3 1 '7 1 2 |

| 3 1 3 1 3 1 4 3 2 | 1 2 3 2 3 4 3 4 5 :|

where the numbers are degrees of the major scale, the durations are all the same, probably 8th notes, time signature is 9/8, but the beat is more like indicated (please use fixed font), and tempo is fast.

It's an instrumental.

It's probably something from 1950's or 1960's

If you change the key to minor and play measures in this order
|:3 1 3 1 3 1 '7 1 2 | 3 1 3 1 3 1 4 3 2 |
| 3 1 3 1 3 1 4 3 2 | 1 2 3 2 3 4 3 4 5 :|

Sounds like,
"Blue Rondo al a Turk"
