I bought it a long time ago but I lost the booklet somewhere along the
way.

Wow, that was quick.  Thanks to Guido for sending me a copy.

I'm so psyched!  Now I will be able to play like Joe Pass.

Thanks again.  This group is so helpful and I am constantly amazed how
people will take the time to help out strangers like that.
