Thanks for the thanks, David.....
Actually, it is correct--the F9 chord is actually a pickup beat on
"four" from the previous measure--(the "4" in the parenthesis is
supposed to designate that--sorry for any confusion.....).....
Also, the approach chord DOES take one of the original chord's
beat.....so all is cool with the example.....
