I tried the Rivera but it would only let me play "Enter Sandman."

It's a Custom Shop ES-350T from 2000, played by Mitch Holder.

The ES 350t is such a great guitar. I love mine. But mine sounds way darker,
must be the CC pup and amp. Nice sound though.

Here's another vid in which Mitch is featured doing the entire Darn
That Dream but on two different guitars, including I assume Howard
Roberts own guitar, which I think he owns(?)

Thanks for the post...i have one of these amps. I got it from a friend
kinda on a whim. I tried a few guitars with it, and basically liked
the sound. BUT...then after having it, i played it in the house a lot,
and thought it was nothing really special, so i put it on ebay. The
last night of the auction happened to be the first time i took it to a
gig.
On the gig, this amp with my es 175 was sooooo PERfect that i
cancelled all my bids and will never sell this amp. For smooth jazz
tone, it VERY hard to beat and has a lot of power and headroom. The
rock settings are 'ok' but not something i use a lot.
You can vary the tone in many directions...one negative thing though:
The tubes rattle like crazy. I cant use this amp in the studio because
of all the noises the tubes make. If i hold them in the sockets, the
noise totally stops, but even after trying brand new JJs, same noise.

I saw someone on u tube who makes a tube holder that pushes the tubes
against the chassis...i need to get this so i can record the amp. But
on the gig, you dont hear all the noise it makes, and it is a one of a
kind amp.
If u find a deal on one, its worth a try.

I like the Rivera Fenders from the early to mid 80's. The PR II is a
great amp.

I like my Fender Concert (Rivera) amp from the early 80s. What a
sweet sounding amp. But it's stuck in one spot now due to the Earth's
gravity.
