John
But John,
You didn't capture the "you're doing it all wrong" attitude of RMCG.
Better work on your holier than thou attitude.
Geezer
Interesting, but all of my beasts are equipped with fasteners.
My cinch strap should be in soon.

Looks to me that it would put wear marks in the finish and that it
wouldn't be secure when bending over to grab a dropped pick. You'd have
to hang onto the guitar to keep it from spilling out of its strap cradle
thing.

At first I was thinking about how the strap across the lower bout would
dampen the top, but then I clicked on "Photos" and all was well.
Steve Hawkins
I know...after that, you don't give a damp!
Geezer
Funny...no cutaway-guitars shown with this contraption...

Anyone still use a soundhole hook, as in 60s folkies?
Re Larry's comment, I was wondering if they supply a filler block for
cutaways.
Tony D
Odd, I didn't see a guitar or a strap in that second picture.
dorgan
There's one guy who does, kind of an older guy, used to have red hair,
but it's mostly white now, long braid - you know who I mean, got a hole
in his guitar.
Got a whole hole...and then some!
Geezer
We must have the same visual "acutie".
Steve Hawkins
Put the pads in a different place and they'd keep the strap off the
gitar.
