name that pentatonic Gaelic blessing

My sister taught our Sunday School a tune this morning that her choir in
Dallas had used for the "May the road rise to meet you" text, possibly
while Hal Hopson was directing there. It's a pentatonic tune that starts
out like this:

C C | F - F A | G F D C | F A G F | G

Shaker? Traditional Irish? Anybody know who set the text to it, and
where to find it in print?

Try this - I had a quick look but couldn't find it. You can code the
notes, or simply give a sequence of up, up, down, up, down, etc.
