There is a listing in the usual sources for a German bow maker named
August Anton Reichel and another one named August Riechers. These are
listed as separate makers in Henley but the book is notoriously inaccurate.
The name that you have may be a family variation on one of these since
German families in the lutherie trade traditionally passed on names as
virtual trade marks. Some of these families are still making bows today
and some of the names have been used in the 20th century on factory bows.
It is not unknown for German sourced goods to sometimes have 'French'
sounding names eg bridges made in Germany but stamped "Aubert".

My guess may be wrong however and your bow may well be of French origin.
