Need Rx for Safe Site /s where one can DownLoad films, which are not

Downloading film is certainly not an activity which I like. I would
rather
spend money and get them on VCDs or DVD format

However, there are few films which are not available (atleast in
Delhi market +
on-line stores) and few of these are listed at YouTube and few
other
sites as: FREE DOWNLOAD


As of today, I have been able to download just 1 HINDI film - Garm
Hava (1973)
as 11 files, FLV format, total 871,384,820 bytes from
YouTube. The
files were downloaded with: YouTube Downloader software


Since then, YouTube has initiated a seperate page for Indian films.
A
company called LEHREN has made availble:

ROOP KI RANI CHORON KA RAJA (1961)

in an idiotic frame size - Both top and bottom are Sliced-Off plus
frame
size changed from 4:3 to 16:9


I found another web-site, which has many Hindi films:

But have not yet Watched any film


Can some members suggest some safe sites (PAY per film or
Free) which
are SAFE, One can download file in FLV or mpeg / mpg / dat
formats


I can post a list of films, which I need. Few Titles are:
