Tanglewood is a great venue. I saw the Who and Jethro Tull there in 1970. I also went to numerous BSO concerts, including an epic Rite of Spring ca. 1977 with Seiji Ozawa.
But I'm going to pass. Not a WH fan on this material and the opportunity for it to just be a self-indulgent maudlin affair is too high. Now if it were Nels Cline or Bill Frisell, that would be a
different story.
