Turn 58 today,went through Nam,saw tons Grateful Dead shows of early &
later on.Had my twists &turns with heroin.Methadone saved my life thank
God.I know switching drugs is a cop out.Now I have a job,woman of 15
years,and a place to live.Never thought I would have my own apt.So live

I just celebrated my 54th last week and I'm still recovering. Getting
too old for that shit. Nonetheless, I'll toast you with a Laphroig
and an Opus X tonite.

My draft no. was 6 and say what you want about Tricky Dick but he
saved my ass from getting drafted. One of my partners served in Nam
and he absolutely refuses to talk about it.
