to L.H's,
It's time. From the apex of the ramp "go-go-go", run as fast & hard as you can this is the most important part & tiring you will only have to sustain it until you rail into the bend. It will feel like being pulled from behind by a pulley this is to build your strength for the sprint whatever you do DO NOT STOP AT THIS POINT & UNTIL YOU MAKE IT TO THE BEGINNING OF THE BEND. Where you hit & get into the groove on the curve you as you come out of it you will see the straight like a tunnel. From there your steps are laid out & it's just a matter of keeping up with your legs, heart and breathing, (this is what you are training here). Your telescope vision propels you forward the gravity of the water supports you. The last 60 metres will feel like walking on water as you run through surges of time. Each time will be & get faster.
You also need to throughout the day look at a picture wearing the the glasses you wear at a picture of:- a pair of glass lenses looking down a straight of a red (same coloured) running track. So this will help train you to keep you chasi still. No rockin & rollin.
from Angela
ps I tell you this as there is no going back from here
