I listen to Highlander radio from time to time. I just heard a band
known as North Sea Gas sing what filkers called The Chemist Drinking Song.

Paradimethylaminobenzaldehyde started out in an article by
Isaac Azimov (who noticed that it scanned to "The Irish
Washerwoman") and was turned into a filksong (published
in NESFA #2) by John Carroll, but when it got out to the
West Coast, it dropped two of his verses and added two of
Jordin Kare's. I have given John a copy of Jordin's verses.
