obviously i know that if you are born jewish, we always consider you a
jew, no matter what you think in your pretty little head)

to pursue at the moment, because i am too lazy)
if you are not born jewish, convert to judaism, and then decide you
don't want to be jewish anymore, do we still consider this person a
jew after s/he "de-converts?" if this is even possible.)

omg, this is reminding me of being 18, and watching dont look back,
and him saying so cutely, well, we all have our own definitions of
those words, care and people, and she says, well, surely we know what
people are don't we, and he says do we?
and i was just reminded of that, because who the fuck do i think i'm
speaking about when i am using that we so cavalierly?

interesting little coincidence. arsenio hall was on tv last night (i
forget letterman or leno or something. (he used to say that. "things
that make you go hmm..." my final comment was a conscious tribute to
him. i was flipping around before very deliberately turning the tv
off, and trying to lie there quietly and let the Rozerem take effect,
and fall asleep. It worked. Hurray.)
