one more wish to throw on the heap
one more desire to drink down the time
i wish you a great and wondrous birthday
may smiles wrap around you
may laughter touch your soul
may the birthday candles not burn down the house ;-)

Goodness, it's been a year since that Rolling Stone top 70 Dylan songs
came out? Time sure does fly.

Mine too, from '64 to Dec 2010.

Enjoy your life Bob. Be mindful of those lives you touch along the
way. Be big of heart and generous of spirit as you take your first
serious steps toward the century mark. Win me back in 2012.

You and the President.

i don't know too much about the dictators. did they every cover dylna?

i always thought "handsome dick manitoba" was a superlative stage
name. also i thought "fee waybill" was pretty good too.

anyways i was thinking on ya'll as i drove to work this morning, WPKN
out of bridgeport CT was playing bobStuff. it was a very tough listen
on accounta severe static and FM skip... i had to pay *very* close
attention to hear what was being played, some obscure *hi* no doubt,
including interview material.

then on my may home from work, after avoiding a massive accident-
related tie-up on the east side of manhattan by heading west thru
central park, i tuned into my good buddy bob fass's radio unnameable
and he kicked off the programme with a lengthy selection from the
audiobook of First Chronicles, followed by a live performance of
"Tomorrow Night" (which, according to the killer relational database
bobdylan.com, he played 58 times between 93 and 98), and then a
recording by Rosalie Sorrels of bob's "Tomorrow Is a Long Time".

o well. hope everydoby is doin' fine.

& happy bobday, birth.

Just stay away from Stan the Man's heart punch, will ya'?

("Hey, don't tell me what to do!" comes the patented retort.)

Come think of it, Larry Charles might know...

Bridgeport? For the first time since it was considered one of the
